Pool is heated free (up to 82 degrees), and will work as long as the outside temperature is over 55 degrees. All rentals are subject to $110 house-keeping charge. Deposits $300 Refundable Security deposit is needed to reserve this home. Deposit is partially refundable for cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made on-line via PayPal (e-mail for detail). Private Backyard View Dining Policies All rates are subject to 7% Sales and 5% Tourist tax. House keeping charges are $110 per reservation and is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Refunds First-Come-First-Serve Policy for reservation. After a reservation is made, the property will not be available for others to make a reservation. Inquiry about the property does not guarantee the property will be available for reservation. The $300 Security deposit will be refunded back within 30 days after departure.
