Rental Rate Notes For rentals less than a week the cost will be for minimum three nights plus 12% tax and Housekeeping. Pool heat will be free (up to 82 degrees), and will work as long as the outside temperature is over 55 degrees. All rentals are subject to $120 house-keeping charge.	Security Deposit $300 Refundable Security deposit is needed to reserve this home and is due one week after reservation. The $300 is not part of the rental amount. Its paid in advance and refunded after departure to secure the home reservation and or any accidental damage to the property. Deposit is partially refundable for cancellation received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival. Full Rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made on-line via PayPal (e-mail for detail).

Policies All rates are subject to 7% Sales and 5% Tourist tax. House keeping charges are $120 per reservation and is due 30 days prior to occupancy. First-Come-First-Serve Policy for reservation. After a reservation is made, the property will not be available for others to make a reservation. Inquiry about the property does not guarantee the property will be available for reservation.	Refunds The $300 Security deposit will be refunded back within 30 days after departure. Long distance calls (except US and Canada calls included in our phone plan), extra kitchen-cleaning charges, Grill-Cleaning, or damages to this property caused by tenants will be deducted from the deposit. US and Canada long distance are provided FREE as our welcome gift.  International or and other chargeable calls (please inquire) are chargeable.
